Who we are

Coherent Systems Group, Inc. ("CSG") runs CoherentOS. Contact: info@coherentsystemsgroup.com.

What we collect

  1. Your email address, when you sign in. Only approved addresses receive a sign-in link and code.
  2. A session cookie, signed and set for 12 hours, so you stay signed in. It holds your email address and an expiry time, nothing else.
  3. Feedback you choose to send from the app, which is filed as an issue in a private CSG repository with your email address attached.

We do not use advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

What the pages show

The pages are built from CSG's own working records: its GitHub organization, internal notes and calendars. Access is limited to approved people.

Who processes data for us

  1. Cloudflare, which hosts the service.
  2. Resend, which sends the sign-in email.
  3. GitHub, where the roadmap and feedback live.
